Our exhibition booth for Holcim Philippines at PhilConstruct 2026, held at SMX Convention Center Davao – SM Lanang, has been named a Nominee for Best Booth, Category A (36 sqm & above). It is a proud moment for our team, and a good chance to share how a strong exhibition booth comes together, from the first 3D design to the moment the doors open.

The brief: a booth that works as hard as the brand

Holcim is one of the most recognized names in Philippine construction, so the booth had three jobs to do at once:

Strong brand presence, so visitors could spot Holcim from across the exhibition hall.
Functionality, with room to display products, talk to clients and hold meetings without crowding.
An engaging visitor experience that gave industry professionals and attendees a reason to step in and stay.

From 3D design to the show floor

As a full-service booth contractor in the Philippines, ProjectCre8 handled every stage of the project:

3D booth design. We started with a detailed 3D render so Holcim could see the layout, branding and product placement before anything was built.
Custom booth fabrication. The booth was fabricated by our own in-house team, which keeps quality, finishes and timelines under our control.
Onsite installation in Davao. Our crew installed the booth at SMX Convention Center Davao and made sure every detail matched the approved design before the show opened.

What made the Holcim booth stand out

A clear, bold brand header

A backlit Holcim header sits above the booth, so the brand is visible from the aisles and across the hall.

A product wall that tells the story

The main backdrop carries Holcim's message, "The Leading Partner for Sustainable Construction", alongside its product lines. Product bags are displayed on white podiums in front, so visitors can see and handle the real products.

An interactive Play & Win corner

A container-inspired "Play & Win" zone gave visitors something to do. QR codes for following Holcim on Facebook, registering and joining the e-raffle turned a quick visit into an interaction, and kept people gathered at the booth.

An open, welcoming layout

Bar tables, lounge seating and an open floor plan made it easy for the Holcim team to welcome visitors and have real conversations with contractors, developers and partners.

5 tips for your next trade show booth

Planning to exhibit at PhilConstruct, WORLDBEX or another trade show in the Philippines? Here is what this project reinforced for us:

Design for the aisle first. Visitors decide in seconds whether to walk in. A strong header and clear branding at eye level do most of the work.
Give people a reason to stop. An interactive element such as a game, raffle or demo turns passers-by into conversations.
Show the real product. Physical products on display are more convincing than graphics alone.
Leave room to talk. Seating and meeting spaces help your sales team turn interest into leads.
Work with one team from design to installation. When the same booth contractor handles design, fabrication and setup, nothing gets lost between suppliers.
